Overall, I had a great visit. The Shop was very relaxing, neat and appeared to be clean. My pedicure did not seem rushed and I like the extra components that were part of the service. They gave a mini foot and leg massage, hot rocks, and hot steam towel. Staff seem nice Although not many of the staff speak English, so communication was difficult. This was my first visit, I will visit again.
This will be my last time visiting this place. Very unprofessional. I came here to get my nails done for my proposal, hoping they would do a great job, but the experience was very unpleasant. The technician who did my nails was not neat at all—there were bubbles on the nails. When I pointed it out, she kept asking “where?” repeatedly. Instead of fixing it properly, she just covered the bubble with another layer of white polish, but it was done poorly. You could clearly see uneven layers. When I mentioned it again, she became visibly annoyed and snapped at me. She said it would look fine after applying the top coat, but even after that, the uneven layers were still very obvious. When I tried to explain again, she aggressively filed off the polish, going so hard that it hurt my cuticle. Now, for my engagement photoshoot, my hands look damaged and injured, which is very upsetting. This is extremely unprofessional. Please remember that I am a customer—I have the right to give feedback if I am not satisfied, especially when there are clear issues like bubbles and uneven polish. This service was not cheap—I paid $75 for this. Very disappointing experience.
Been going for over a year but Dina chewed my nails up! The atmosphere is welcoming, relaxing, not loud and they allow walk-ins. Ginny also does great work. Everyone is nice, I’ll be booking again soon!
